Dark Matter FX also provides visual effects services and graphic design for live events such as conventions, and large scale product releases.

Chris Brown - Heartbreak on a Full Moon - Tour Visuals
Working with live event production company Nimblist, Dark Matter FX was brought on to deliver a stunning visual effects sequence across 13 different led screens for Chris Browns 2018 summer tour. Directed by Mat Fuller, this sequence involved an underwater shoot day in a 250,000 gallon tank, as well as a soundstage shoot for green screen wire work and other visual elements used for the tour package. In this sequence Chris Brown jumps from the live stage into the video world of the on stage set. All of these elements combine to create a stunning visual sequence.
Nissan / Star Wars - Rogue One
This one is a MUST SEE! Produced by Spinifex Group, we are proud to have been part of the Nissan & Star Wars “Rogue One” campaign. We developed the CG smoke and fire as well as dynamic CG lighting and holographic effects to combine with on stage pyrotechnics and lighting for one hell of a reveal. This was presented on stage at the Detroit and LA Auto Shows.

Working with live event production company Nimblist, Dark Matter FX was brought on to deliver visuals for Future’s live TV performances promoting his new album “THE WIZRD”.

Fantasia / Essence Festival 2018
Working with live event production company Nimblist, Dark Matter FX was brought on to deliver Fantasia’s concert visuals. Combining VFX & design elements into a stunning canvas across 20+ LED screens.
Honda Odyssey Reveal - Detroit Auto Show
Honda wanted a fun animated world in which to showcase the features and benefits of the 2017 Honda Odyssey. Partnering with live event production studio Spinifex Group, we were able to develop a fun cohesive look between our animation and real world staging. This animation played across a 40ft. screen on stage at the Detroit and LA Auto Shows.
